Seth Godin is the author of the book called- The Practice - Shipping Creative Work. He is also a renowned author of the books called Linchpin, Tribes, and The Dip. ‘The Practice’ is a book that will inspire hundreds of content creators, artists, writers, and entrepreneurs to expand their learning horizons, practice every day, and commit to putting their best work into the world.
It's a Wrap of the course with a final networking blog
This is the final networking blog that has been released to put the mind and body in deep contemplation mode and understand how much effort has been infused in creating the Digital Media Marketing Seminar Series workshop conducted in the course of George Brown College. We were privileged to see and understand the teachings of different speakers who joined efforts in teaching the best industry practices to the youth from different countries who were invited as speakers to George Brown College for encouragement and to explain their journey of ups and downs.
Book Summary of Think and Grow Rich- By Napoleon Hill
I recently read the book called ‘Think and Grow Rich' by Napolean Hill. Hill as an author has done a phenomenal job of interviewing and decoding the emotions of 500 millionaires and their experiences through his journalistic approach for this book. I was gripped by the book by just reading the interface which tells the readers that the writer has interviewed 500 millionaires and that took him 20 years to publish this book.

It was nearly heartbreaking to see that we had our last session of the seminar presentation, but equally enjoyable that it was more insightful than ever. We had the privilege to hear a very insightful presentation from another employee of Valtech who was willing to share her insights on how she navigated her way through Marketing, grabbing the opportunity to delve into almost all fields related to marketing, including SEO/SEM, Content, Media, Analyst, Community Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Content.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Just three months ago, nobody thought such a contagious disease could exist, let alone spread to nearly every country. According to Worldometer, there has been an increase of more than 533,029 confirmed cases, with 19,656 people in critical condition and 24,096 deaths worldwide (data collected on March 27th at 02:09 am CDT).

I sometimes wonder about the origin of the term 'Public Relations' and who first coined it. It is said that in ancient times, as depicted in the Ramayana, 'Narad Muni' used to perform the functions of PR by acting as a communication channel between the 'devas' and the 'Rakshasas,' aiming to maintain a balance in their relationship while preserving the dignity of both parties. I was awe struck to see such a beautiful message shown in a very simple way in this film. It’s a story of Queen, performed by Kangana Ranaut who hails from a small town of Rajouri having a middle class punjabi family. Only difference from many women-centric films like Mother India, Bandit queen etc. is that instead of being devastated, she decides to flee just after her fiancé’ Vijay, i.e. Rajkumar Rao dumped her one day before marriage. This was an unexpected turning point for both the Queen as well as the story.
