Hello, I am Purnima Murad. Currently, I am pursuing Post Graduate Studies in Marketing Management - Digital Media. Previously, I worked as a Customer Engagement Associate at Contact Point 360. In India, I held the position of Operations Analyst and content writer at Alibaba Group (UC Web) in Gurugram. I have also worked as a content writer, blogger, and marketer in IT and advertising firms.
