Hello, I am Purnima Murad. Currently, I am pursuing Post Graduate Studies in Marketing Management - Digital Media. Previously, I worked as a Customer Engagement Associate at Contact Point 360. In India, I held the position of Operations Analyst at Alibaba Group (UC Web) in Gurugram. I have also worked as a content writer, blogger, and marketer in IT and advertising firms.

I hold a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication and a bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition and Dietetics. My experience includes developing content for websites, blogs, apps, online/offline marketing strategies, inbound promotional campaigns, print and online advertisements, and press releases.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I have several hobbies that I enjoy whenever possible. These include freelance blogging, networking, traveling, digital photography, painting, poetry, playing guitar, crafting, and singing.
